Caring Ministry

No One Walks Alone

About Us

Director: Josephine

The Caring Department is dedicated to caring for the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of the congregation. Through various channels, we maintain close contact with brothers and sisters to practice mutual love and support in our church life.

Key Ministries

  1. Staying Connected: We maintain contact with the congregation via phone, email, and WhatsApp. We care for brothers and sisters who are sick or have special needs by sending comfort cards. Through our "people help people" care initiative, we also prepare meals and arrange transportation services.
  2. Senior Care: We look after the needs of elderly members, providing ongoing care and support through phone calls and home visitations.
  3. Sharing Sorrows and Joys: We send comfort cards when members of the church body face difficulties, undergo trials, or experience grief. We also send congratulatory cards during times of celebration to share in their joy.

Sunday Worship Welcoming Ministry

Responsible for greeting and ushering during Sunday worship services. We warmly welcome congregants and newcomers to create a hospitable and friendly atmosphere for our gatherings.

Newcomer Care

Caring for new visitors to help them integrate into church life more quickly.

  1. Following up by phone within one week after a newcomer attends a Sunday worship service.
  2. Introducing them to brothers and sisters in the church to build relationships.
  3. Inviting them to join Sunday School, small groups, or fellowship meetings.
  4. Maintaining contact via WhatsApp to invite them to church activities and welcome luncheons.
  5. Presenting small gifts to express our care and welcome.
